Introcard is a digital business card service by DataManuFactory. Questions or data requests can be sent to [email protected].

Your account

We store your sign-in email, account details and sessions to let you create and manage your card. Your sign-in email is private unless you separately add it as a public contact. When you create an account, we record when you accept the terms and which versions of the Terms and Privacy Policy were shown to you.

What you publish

Your card stays private until you publish it. Published text, images and visible contacts can be viewed and saved by anyone with the link. Unpublished drafts and hidden contacts are not included in the public card. Someone who already saved a contact or image can retain their copy.

Email, images and cookies

Resend delivers sign-in and confirmation emails. Uploaded photos and logos are processed and stored by the service’s configured file-storage provider. A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. We remember your cookie preferences in this browser using local storage. Necessary sign-in cookies work regardless of your analytics choice.

Optional analytics

When enabled for the service, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It helps us measure visits and actions such as creating a card, publishing it, opening a contact link or saving a contact. We send general page categories, theme and contact type; we do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact URLs, profile text or personal page addresses as analytics event fields. Query parameters and URL fragments are excluded.

Google receives technical request information such as IP address, browser and device information when analytics is allowed. Analytics cookies can remain for up to 180 days. Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration.

Essential only keeps optional analytics off. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at any time. Turning analytics off stops future collection and removes this service’s analytics cookies from this browser; it does not remove data already received by Google. If analytics is not configured, no Google Analytics script is loaded.

Updating or removing data

You can edit or unpublish your card in your account. You can delete your account after confirming an email code. Previously used page addresses stay reserved without your personal profile so old links cannot be claimed by someone else. Backup copies are subject to the operator’s backup-retention schedule.

Operational records

Short-lived verification records and request-limit counters support sign-in and prevent misuse. Service logs and backups are used for maintenance and recovery. Contact support if you need information about the current hosting location, storage provider or retention schedule.
